The Boston traditional Irish music scene has a long and famous history. Here, one can find a traditional Irish session (some say seisiún) every night of the week bar none. Many nights, there is a choice of several. On Monday evenings all year long, the local Comhaltas chapter hosts a regular 9 PM session, led by Larry Reynolds and his son Mike. Before then, at 7 PM, Boston's Original Slow Session plays at the same great place but at a much more relaxed pace.
