| Welcome
to our new guest book! |
Thanks
for visiting our web site, we have provided a Guest Book for
you to sign. Have a read, and please feel free to make your
own additions to the book! By signing our Guest Book, we will
be able to change the site to be much more useful!
Due to the high volume of RATBAG SPAMMERS, who feel that it
is their right to spam guestbooks, I feel that it is no longer
possible to maintain a system of automatically adding guestbook
entries.
If you would like to make an entry in my guestbook, please send
it to me in an e-mail.
It should include your name, e-mail address, city, and the message.
I will review it and add it if I believe it to be appropriate.
Slàn,
Michael

I have just discovered this site and find it very interesting, the
music list is very convenient for finding the names of tunes.
If you double check the set dance tunes
you will discover the blackbird is not the real balckbird.

You've a wonderful site. The list of tunes in one of the most
expansive I've seen, and it's impossible to get lost. The fact
that I can read a tune, as I'm hearing (even on midi) is brillant... as
I'm new both to theory and the tenor banjo. I'll be back, and
I'll pass it on. Cheers....

Found you from Maestronet. Slow Play is a great idea,
I wish I could get to one but Oklahoma is a long way out.
I teach Fiddle, play badly on Melodian and love whistle.
Slow playing is far better, in the end, since good Bowing
can be acquired. Odd but true, 99% of the great recorded
Trad Fiddlers you hear do this all the time.
If interested here is my Web Site for Fiddle Students
http://www.ionet.net/~qtech/fiddle.htm
My background is Folk and I leaned in Ireland, England and Wales.
I love folk singing and Frailing the Banjo, and rarely playing
the Uillean Pipes (only if the neighbors are into loud rock).
I am a senior citizen.
